August 28th Sacramento

I met one of the guys from Pollution Circus and we talked about Todd. He was my old pen-pal. Today is John's birthday.  It was good to see the people from Food Not Bombs but I was just too warn out to talk.  During our set I hit my face on the bass guitar and my nose got all red.   Met a new friend her name is Lacie.  After the show we celebrated John's birthday. Then we all parked the van in a mall parking lot and spent the night there.

August 29th Bakersfield

I can't even stay focused on this tour because I can't get enough sleep and not eating right.  I just want to go home. Today is the last show for Resist and Exist.  Sorry, I'm in a pissed off mood, can't write!

August 30th San Diego

Today Colin came up to me and asked if they should back out of this show. Conflict were already on the venue and these kids were waiting to see them so my opinion was just do it .  Warrior was kicked out for saying something to security. Conflict got a lot of warnings about this show at the Cane.

There were tons of racist jocks in the middle of the mosh pit. One of them had a tattoo on his back that read "PEKKERWOOD".  DRI was playing and they were dancing very crazy. One guy even had brass knuckle's  on while he was slamming.  I'm really glad that Warrior got kicked out because if she spoke at this show I think these jocks would have killed all of us.

Conflict played and these racist jocks were all getting into them. It didn't make any sense. I walked out and saw this drunk guy saying that we were all brainwashed. There were a lot of people outside and out of nowhere this jock came up and punched this drunk dude square in the jaw and knocked him out cold.
I think he broke his jaw because I heard it crack with one punch. The cops were watching this and were going to arrest this dude but the security asked the cops not to arrest him so the cops just let him go. The jock was friends with security so they told him to take off.  He ran towards the parking lot and I chased him so I could get his license plate number.  Unfortunately he was too fast and he was gone before I got to him. Man,  I don't think I'll ever come back to Canes. I'm really glad that Resist and Exist didn't play at this show because if we did - I think we would've been killed by these huge jocks.  Because I know Austin, Scott, Jeff and I would have said something on stage to piss them off.  After the show we all went to the beach and celebrated.

Jen was crying all night because she got news that her friend died. We all said our final goodbyes to each other and everyone went back home. I ended up staying in the Conflict tour van. They gave me their huge banner and tons of merchandise.  We were good friends for two weeks. They were nice people.
Colin donated tons of merch for causes.  We raised a lot of money for political prisoners and legal fees.  Later on AGC (Alternative Gatehring Collective) regret for not having Conflict perform at the HEAL FEST.  We all talked about this at the meeting.

Many thanks to the tour crew - Warrior, Elizabeth, Darren, Jenny, and Pete from AK Press.
