Wheat not Meat: Do you know where your meat comes from?  Do you know the pain the animals endure? Have you ever thought about this reality? A cow hangs upside down in the slaughterhouse. The large blade slices him from the throat down. His guts and liver lay around. Blood dripping on the ground. All because of human lust for flesh. A chicken is killed. Could death relieve the pain? His life was spent in a tiny, crowded cage. Slashed his throat by the knife blade. Blood dripping ? a very slow death. Only to be thrown as a food flesh. A pig is kicked in the stomach. Electrocuted- it vomits blood. From outside the walls of the slaughterhouse, the animals can hear and smell the signs of death. With every bite of dead animal flesh you are supporting these acts of cruel murder. Adopt a vegetarian diet in protest of the killing. A vegetarian diet for better health. We have no need to consume dead animal flesh. Fruits, seeds, vegetables, and soy products fulfill our dietary needs. You?ve heard it before and I?ll say it again. Meat is pure murder. Meat is murder on your health as well. Deaths of colon cancer, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Did you know if we stopped eating meat there would be no world hunger? Did you know twenty- thousand pounds of potatoes can be grown on one acre of land? Yet only 165 pounds of beef can be produced on the same amount of land?  2,500 gallons of water are needed to produce a pound of meat.  Yet, only 25 gallons of water to grow a pound of wheat.  The next time you bite into that piece of animal flesh ask yourself what it is you are supporting?  Animal Murder! Earth Destruction!  Human starvation!  Ask yourself if you really need to eat dead animal flesh.  Can you support the slaughter?

Resist and Exist would like to thank all the peace activist who was out in the streets every each day during the "NO BLOOD FOR OIL" protest in 1991.
Where are they now? ....  I don't  know we all grew apart.  I only keep in touch with Chris who is a scool teacher now.  Thanks to Jayd, Chris, John, Larry and Cyhndi.  Because without them Resist And Exist  would never be what it was in 1991-1992.  Also thanks to Isaac, Nikki and Andy.  From- J.Lee
